Employees who opt in may receive automated text messages from MBR Management Corp regarding their work schedule, including reminders about upcoming scheduled shifts and other related employment scheduling information.

Opt-In and Consent
Participation in the SMS program is voluntary. Employees may enroll by following the opt-in instructions provided by MBR Management Corp. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment.

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on an employee’s work schedule. Employees may receive messages associated with their scheduled shifts and other applicable scheduling notifications.

Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and wireless plan.

Opt-Out
You may stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will no longer receive messages through the SMS program unless you enroll again.

Supported Carriers and Delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may depend on your wireless carrier and network availability.
